B: Matcha protein pancakes! Those yummy things are effing FILLING. Holy. I am sitting here STILL satisfied, but I don’t wanna let my metabolism drop.. and also had two cups of tea and a grapefruit
S: a small piece of bear pepperoni
L: a small banana(really small, cause half of it was bruised. wah) and 2 cups of air popped popcorn with fajita spice
D: Roast chicken with maybe brussel sprouts with beans and corn? I dunno yet, I’m undecided :P

I made a recipe…!

Matcha Protein Pancakes

1cup whole wheat flour
1tsp baking powder
2tsp splenda or other sweetener
dash salt
1tsp cinnamon
2tsp matcha powder
1tsp flax seeds
1 scoop of protein powder(I used unflavoured organic whey protein)
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup water
2 egg whites

It’s really good guys, it still needs a bit of work I think seeing as they are really dense but I think they are pretty good! And good for you!

They are also GREEN! I’ll post a picture later! It’s pretty awesome looking. I bet kids would love it :P

Just drank like, a litre of water..
